Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 7–15 business days

• Canada: 7–15 business days

• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over $50.

• Shipping fees for orders below $50 are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This helps ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Luminest is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
