At Luminest Living, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us so we can assist you.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where applicable.
To request a return, please contact us at support@getluminestliving.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item if applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the return procedure above.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, personalization, or other applicable restrictions. Any applicable exclusions will be stated on the relevant product page.
Return Shipping
If an item is returned because it is defective, damaged, incorrect, or due to an error on our part, Luminest Living will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
